Actress Deepika Padukone is a pioneer in contributing to any good cause or any social endeavor. In 2020, she starred in a film directed by actress Magna Kulsar Curse Lakshmi Agarwal, who escaped from the acid attack, played with the victims of the real life acid attack. One of them is Bala Prajapati, 25, of Pinora, Uttar Pradesh, who is currently battling a life-threatening kidney disease. Bala is currently admitted to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi, where he is in urgent need of a kidney transplant, which will cost about Rs 16 lakh.
