fortnite: Fortnite with touch controls is coming back to iOS and Android via limited time closed beta on Nvidia GeForce Now

Popular battle royale title from Epic Games fortnite was expelled from both android and iOS application stores on the use of its own in-app purchase platform. It’s a long story, however, it seems Epic Games has another plan in mind to bring the game back to Android and Apple devices without breaking Google and Apple policies.
To do this, Epic Games announced its partnership with Nvidia via a blog post, where the game developer confirmed that Fortnite would be available on Nvidia. GeForce now streaming service in closed beta testing for a limited time.
On top of that, Nvidia also introduced GeForce Now’s touch capabilities with the Fortnite closed beta. This means that GeForce Now users will be able to play the game directly using touch controls.
It’s important to note that GeForce Now users can already stream Fortnite, but this is the non-touchscreen version and they will need to connect a controller or keyboard and mouse to play the game.
With the arrival of the Fortnite closed beta on GeForce Now, Iphone Apple and iPad users will be able to play the game through the Safari web browser by logging into the GeForce Now account or creating a new one in case they don’t already have an account.
Likewise, Android users can play the game by downloading the GeForce Now app from Google Play Store.
As mentioned, the touch version of the game is in closed beta, users will need to create a GeForce Now account and choose free or priority membership to be able to join the closed beta waiting list.
Nvidia has also confirmed that a paid account is not required to participate in the closed beta program.
