Samsung Galaxy S21 series users in India can now experience Android 12

NEW DELHI: Samsung galaxy s21 users can now discover Android 12 on their smartphones. Samsung recently rolled out the second beta of Android 12 with A 4.0 user interface for Samsung Galaxy S21 series smartphones. The company has now extended the availability of the firmware update to India.
The Samsung galaxy s21 Series users can now sign up for the beta program using the Samsung Members app. After signing up for the program, Galaxy S21 users will receive an OTA software prompt with build number ZUJ1.
The update weighs 2.3GB and comes with the latest security patch for October. The all-new Samsung One UI 4.0 brings Google’s theme engine and Material You widgets to smartphones.
Samsung One UI 4 also claims to bring new and improved privacy and protection features that allow users to customize their settings and deliver a more personalized user experience. Indicators now alert users when an app is using the camera or microphone, so they can turn permission off instantly. Along with this, users can also view the permission history of the last seven days and also monitor the current usage of app data.

Recently, Samsung announced that it is bringing RAM Plus, which adds up to 4GB of virtual RAM to devices. The company has said that it will soon extend the functionality to the Galaxy A and Galaxy M series of smartphones. Virtual RAM is among the latest trends in the Android smartphone space. Several Chinese smartphone manufacturers like Xiaomi, Realme, Oppo have been doing this for quite some time and now Samsung has also joined the movement with its RAM Plus feature.
RAM Plus or Virtual RAM is basically the memory paging feature that has been around in Android for a long time.
